The Union Public Service Commission announced the results of the Civil Service Examination Interview Round on Tuesday. This year a total of 1016 have been suggested for appointment. Moreover, the candidature of 355 recommended candidates has been kept provisional, as per the official notice of the commission. Mr. Animesh Pradhan from Bhalugadia village in Angul district has bagged the All India Rank 2 in the Civil Service Examinations 2023.

Animesh Pradhan was Born and brought up in Talcher, The early life of Animesh was tragic as he lost both of his parents at a very young age. he lost his mother a month before the result announcement. Despite facing deep loss, Animesh took strength from his family bonds and fostered a deep-rooted determination to follow the path of success for himself. He finished his schooling at DAV Public School, MCL, Kalinga region, where his exceptional academic strength was visible in his outstanding achievement of scoring 98.8% in his 12th board exams.
Furthermore, he has done Bachelor’s degree in computer science from the prestigious National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela. After completing his higher studies, Animesh Pradhan started his professional journey by working at the Indian Oil Corporation as an information officer. Eventually, his dedication and perseverance motivated him to start the prepepration journey of the UPSC Civil Service Examination.
Instead of being sad and getting distracted from the demise of his parents. Animesh Pradhan channels his emotions into his preparation for UPSC CSE. Mr. Animesh Pradhan has shared tips and his experience for the upcoming aspirants to crack UPSC CSE 2023. He said, he started preparing for the Civil Service examination in 2022 and he didn’t take any coaching classes for the prepepration. he was studying by himself. Moreover, he especially did test papers and mock interviews to enhance his preparation quality. He is studying only for 5 to 6 hours a day with a strategic plan and discipline. Mr. Animesh Pradhan has given his first preference to IAS and wants to serve his home state Odisha.
